Shipping:

Orders placed before 4pm will be despatched the same day

Orders over £20.00 - postage will be free of charge to mainland UK addresses
Orders under £20.00 - postage will cost just £3.60 to mainland UK addresses

These orders are delivered by Royal Mail Standard Recorded Delivery within 1-3 days

Special Delivery Option - Orders must be placed before 3pm

Next Day By Royal Mail - costs £6.95, delivery before 1pm, Monday – Saturday (NB. Cut off Time is 3pm)

Your postman will require a signature for the package as all orders are recorded delivery. If you do miss him he will leave a card with details of the collection depot where your parcel will be kept for 7 days before it is returned to us.

If you wanted it resent it would incur another delivery charge, alternatively you can cancel the order with a full refund minus the shipping cost.

Discretion:

All orders are sent in a plain, unmarked box with no reference to the contents or where the package has come from. Therefore you can be assured that the package will arrive with complete anonymity.

Returns:

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase from Randy Rascals then simply return the product (must be unopened and unused) within 30 days of purchase for an immediate exchange or refund.

Please do not open or use any items you do not wish to keep as we can not accept non-faulty good for exchange once they been opened.

Cancellations:

You can cancel any purchase within 30 days after delivery and just return the item (must be unopened and unused) for a full refund to the address below:

Defective Items:

We try at all times to ensure a strict quality control procedure but in the unlikely event that you find your item is faulty then simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. Please enclose a covering letter explaining the fault and we can even give you a free-post return address.

After 30 days of purchase only an exchange is available and always ensure that you have used fully-charged batteries that are correct for the item as any product found to be in working order when tested will be returned to you at your own expense.

Lingerie Items:

Any item that doesn’t fit please return it in the same condition as you received it for an exchange or refund. Due to health and hygiene reasons any item that has been overly handled will be returned to you at your own expense. Items with a crotch area can not be returned.

DVD's and Magazines:

Magazines and DVD’s are not eligible for return so please do not send these items back.

Time Scales:

We guarantee to deal with all items returned for either exchange or refund on the day of their return
