| Affiliate Scheme Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate agreement if at any time your site is deemed unsuitable by:
• promoting violence
• promoting illegal activities
• promoting discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, religion, disability or age
• breaching intellectual property rights
Nothing in this agreement will constitute a partnership, employment or any type of joint venture between the parties. You will not make any statement on through your website or anywhere else that you are connected or affiliated to us apart from the purpose of referring customers to our site through yours to buy products.
You will be solely responsible for the operation and running of your own site and all published information and materials that appear. We disclaim all liability for matters including:
• technical operation of your site
• publication of illegal material
• breaches or infringements to any third party such as copyright, trademarks, privacy
• accuracy of materials published on your site
You will have non-exclusive rights to refer customers to ourselves through banners on your site to purchase products to generate a referral fee.
We will process all orders in line with our general Terms and Conditions available on Randy Rascals and reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet those requirements. Your customers will be entitled to the same shipping, returns and privacy policies as published on our site. Referral fees will only be paid on those orders that are completed satisfactorily to conclusion and we can not be held responsible for those orders that are not properly placed due to our mutual sites not being properly formatted. The scheme is for commercial use only and you can not place orders for your own use. This may result in the withholding of referral fees and/or termination of this agreement.
This agreement will commence on acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and can be ended by either party with written termination. You will be eligible for referral fees on sales up to the termination on those orders that complete satisfactorily. We reserve the right to delay any final commission due to ensure that these sales are not cancelled or returned within a reasonable time.
We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time by notification on our site. If these changes are unacceptable to you your only recourse is to cancel this agreement in writing. If this is not done then by continuation of the scheme is to accept the new terms.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of England and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
